Digital products and license

All products are digital downloads delivered by email after purchase. Your purchase is a personal, non-transferable license for one person. You may not resell, share, post or redistribute the files. Group and classroom licenses are available on request.

Physical goods: shipping and returns

Physical products ship from Scottsdale, Arizona. Shipping cost and delivery estimate are shown at checkout. Unworn, undamaged goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

14-day refund on digital guides

If a paid guide is not useful to you, email info@luxevistabrands.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. Free products carry no refund because nothing was paid.

Sales tax

LuxeVista Brands LLC is located in Scottsdale, Arizona. Arizona treats digital downloads as taxable under its transaction privilege tax, so Arizona buyers see tax added at checkout at the applicable Scottsdale combined rate. The same applies to physical goods shipped to Arizona addresses. Buyers in other states are not charged tax unless LuxeVista becomes required to collect it there.
